  • Standard Unserviced Booking = £115 per night


April, May, September & October

  • Standard Unserviced Booking = £125 per night


June & July (outside school summer holiday period)

  • Standard Unserviced Booking = £135 per night


July (during school summer holiday period) & August

  • Standard Unserviced Booking = £200 per night



Service & Cleaning

  • All standard bookings are unserviced, meaning you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels, and clean the house yourself prior to departure.


  • Linen & Cleaning Pack - Includes use of all bed linen and towels, and full house cleaning post departure = £50 per booking



Booking Terms

  • Bookings for 3-6 nights will receive a discount of 5% on the standard unserviced prices.

  • Full week bookings will receive a discount of 10% on the standard unserviced prices.

  • Full week bookings must be Saturday to Saturday.

  • Discounts do not apply to the Linen & Cleaning Pack.

  • No deposit required. Full payment required prior to your stay.
